Rotary extraction deep steam cleaning, the most thorough method of carpet care, for commercial and high-traffic areas.
Carpet shampooing & nap setting
Deep shampooing for heavily soiled carpet. The pile brush reaches 4.5 inches to the base of the fibre to break up caked soil.
Vapour steam cleaning
Chemical-free cleaning and disinfection for kitchens and washrooms, at high temperature with adjustable pressure.
GMP & clean room service
Staff trained to GMP principles and clean room regulations, with full protocol adherence in sensitive and regulated environments.
Pandemic cleaning programs
Focused disinfection of high-touch surfaces using approved techniques. A full Pandemic Preparedness Plan is available on request.
Post-construction cleaning
Construction dirt, dust and debris cleared from new builds and renovations, so the space is ready for move-in day.
Supply order management
Consumables secured at the rates 40+ years of buying power gets us. On request we handle ordering, delivery, stocking and tracking.
Green housekeeping
Green Seal® certified products and a colour-coded microfiber system in place of paper, with recycling handled to your building's program.
Special event coverage
Pre-event and post-event cleaning, scheduled around your booking so the space is ready on time and reset afterwards.
What sets us apart
Graded on every visit, against your scope
A supervisor inspects on a smart device before the crew leaves and scores the site against your written scope. Anything under 95% is flagged that night and assigned corrective action. Scorecards go to you quarterly, behind a dedicated account manager and a 24-hour line.
GPS proof the crew was in your building
Crews clock in and out through VeriClock, which records the time and location of every shift. You are billed against documented hours rather than an estimate, and a missed site shows up the same night instead of at month end.
Washroom sensors where traffic justifies them
In high-traffic facilities we install Mero sensors that track washroom use and consumable levels. Servicing then follows real demand instead of a fixed schedule.
Background checked, bonded and insured
Every staff member passes a full police background check at our expense before a first shift. We carry $10 million in liability coverage, $50,000 bonding per employee and full WSIB clearance. Documentation goes out with the proposal.
Trained on your building, not just on cleaning
Training covers WHMIS, equipment handling and colour-coded microfiber discipline, then the specific requirements of your site. Crews working regulated space are trained to GMP and clean room protocol before they are scheduled into one.
350 people, so a call-in is covered that night
Crews are assigned to your building and stay with it, so they learn the site. When someone is off, cover comes from the same trained local pool the same night. Being 350 strong across more than 50 cities is what makes that possible.
